Coaching FAQ's

What's the difference between a workshop & coaching?

Our workshops tend to be taught by both of us, and the coaching is done by Fia.

Workshops are mostly group oriented, though you do receive personal feedback. Coaching is one-on-one, all about you.

In the workshops, we suggest the topic/question, framework, & route. In coaching, you choose what you wish to work towards & everything we do is about figuring out the best way for you to lessen that gap between where you are and where you want to be.

I have a presentation coming up, can you help?

Absolutely. This is my wheelhouse. Creating a believable & compelling presence so your content can be heard, dealing with stage fright, navigating the actor-audience relationship… this is what I do. Just email me & we’ll begin a conversation.

What are your rates? What if I'm in a different state or country?

My rates vary according to the package we create. After our initial discussion, I’ll draft up a contract, and once we’re in agreement, we’re off and running!

I can travel to where you are, depending on my schedule. The terms of this will be detailed in the contract. I’m all about transparency & communication, so there are no surprises for either of us along the way.

The way I’ve worked with international & out of state clients in the past, is via Skype. It really depends on what you’re looking to address. Some things we can only work on in person. And if you’re on a deadline and I can’t get there – I’m happy to see if I can help you find another qualified teacher in your area.

What if I'm interested but neither option feels exactly what I'm looking for?

Great question. Email & let us know what you’d like to address. In my experience, folks tend to focus on the branches when they really need to look at the root.

Body & voice are the root. Because it affects your breathing. And your breathing signals lots of information to the brain. Often there is a domino affect. Address the feet, suddenly you can breathe more deeply, and something shakes loose. It’s one of my favorite aspects of this work, because I can’t always get to where I need to go psychologically. Sometimes the body is the better doorway.

Let’s have a conversation and see what makes the most sense for you.
